1. People are making too much of the "I won" comment. It is being taken out of context. It came in the midst of a healthy discussion. It was a simple statement of an obvious fact. Eric Cantor did not take offense at the time.

2. In re the Reagan comparison: it breaks down when you consider that Reagan had to persuade an evenly divided Senate and a Democratically controlled House. He very much needed to cajole and debate.
Again, Obama cajoles and debates as a luxury, Anytime he wants to ram through a bill, he can.
