11/06: Disliking Obama

The more exposure I have to Barak Obama, the more I dislike him, and the more I distrust him as a person. To my somewhat trained eye, he sends out disturbing signals. I have been contemplating a post on my thoughts, but instead, for now at least, direct you to Powerline and this guest post from history professor Paul Rahe.
In the first of the autobiographies that he claims to have written, Barack Obama frequently speaks of himself as being in the grips of rage. We would do well to take him at his word.

You would do well to at least spell the names of those that you hate correctly. Calling him "Barak" is like me yelling about some decision by "Sara Paylin".

Please, if you're going to go bashing the president of the United States, give us some points to follow you on. I disliked Bush, but I could explain his policy choices and why they were bad for our nation in detail if I wanted to. I have no doubt that you could, but, if you're going to do a post titled "Disliking Obaba" in the future, make it more substantial, OK?
P.S. I read your blog because you two are most likely two of the most sane Southern conservatives that I have ever heard of, and that you enjoy sharing your views and backing them up with evidence. I may be a Democrat by choice, but, mainly because of this blog and some postings on another blog by a certain Virginian, I have not lost any respect for the Republican party. Thanks.
